Counselling has many positive benefits, from helping to make each day more bearable to helping you reach your full potential, achieve your goals and fulfil your dreams.
It doesn’t create miracles, but it does give you the time and the space to breathe and to look at any issues in a calm and simple manner. Often, this process brings a new perspective and empowers you to figure out what needs to change and how.
During our sessions you will be in a confidential, safe place to share your worries and problems, be they recent or from the past.
As a mother of three grown-up children and a grandma to five beautiful granddaughters, I have clocked up my share of life experience – both good and bad.
Coupled with my counselling experience and formal training (prof.dip.CST.cert.hyp.cs), I am able to support those who need a sounding-board, provide a non-judgemental listening ear and be a caring ally during times of confusion sadness or upset.
